How is the product delivered to my home?
Orders are typically shipped via LTL freight. Small orders arrive in individual bags, while larger bulk orders are delivered on pallets. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Will the color fade over time?
Our rubber mulch features a high-quality UV-resistant coating. We offer a 12-year color warranty to ensure your landscaping stays vibrant through all weather conditions.
How much rubber mulch do I need for my project?
For landscaping, we recommend a depth of 2-3 inches. For playground safety, a depth of 4-6 inches is standard. You can use our online calculator or contact support for precise volume estimates.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, palletized products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to bulk orders.
