At Rubber Mulch, we stand behind the quality of our sustainable landscaping solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unopened, palletized products. Please note that due to the heavy nature of rubber surfacing, return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all mulch bags are unopened and securely stacked on their original pallets, then wrap them tightly in industrial plastic to prevent shifting during transit.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will help coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the palletized material from your curbside or loading dock.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
